Terms of Service
Last updated: 2 October 2026
Dokumen ini disediakan dalam bahasa Inggris.
These terms apply to the website eduprima.id and to the Eduprima platform, including Eduprima Diary, the web application at diary.eduprima.id. By using either one you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Eduprima Diary is a platform for education businesses. It provides a shared team inbox for customer conversations, tools for message templates, and tools for enrolment, class scheduling, attendance and invoicing.
2. Accounts
- Accounts are created for the staff of a Client. Each person must use their own account and keep their sign-in details confidential.
- The Client decides which of its staff may use the platform and what each of them may do.
- Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been used without permission.
3. Connecting WhatsApp
- A Client connects its own WhatsApp Business account through Meta’s Embedded Signup. The Client remains the owner of that account and of its business phone numbers.
- The Client is responsible for the fees Meta charges for its WhatsApp conversations.
- The Client must follow the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and the WhatsApp Business Terms, including the rules on consent and on message templates.
- The Client may disconnect its account at any time from its Meta Business settings.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the platform only for the lawful operation of an education business. You must not use it to:
- send messages to people who have not agreed to receive them;
- send unlawful, deceptive or harassing content;
- attempt to access data that belongs to another Client;
- interfere with the security or operation of the platform.
5. Data
The Client owns the data it brings to the platform, including its conversations with learners. We process that data only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. The Client is responsible for having a lawful basis to process its learners’ data.
6. Fees
Fees for the use of Eduprima Diary are agreed in writing with each Client.
7. Availability
We work to keep the platform available and secure. The platform depends on services run by others, including the WhatsApp Business Platform, and we cannot promise that it will be free of interruption.
8. Suspension and ending the service
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the platform or other users at risk. A Client may stop using the platform at any time. When the service ends we delete the Client’s data as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
11. Changes and contact
We publish changes to these terms on this page. Questions can be sent to edu@eduprima.id.
