The platform
The system an education institution runs on.
From the first enquiry to the final session report, the Eduprima platform keeps admissions, teaching and communication in one place. Institutions use it under their own name, with their own team, numbers and data.

What is inside
CRM and admissions
Capture every enquiry, follow it through a clear pipeline and turn it into an enrolment without losing the conversation that came before.
Classes and scheduling
Build classes, assign educators, set schedules and handle changes, with everyone notified.
Attendance and session reports
Each session is recorded with attendance and a report from the educator, so progress is visible to the institution and the learner.
Billing
Invoices, payment records and reminders tied to the classes they belong to.
Educator management
A database of educators with their subjects, levels and locations, and matching that proposes the right educator for each learner.
Communication hub
One shared inbox for WhatsApp, Instagram and email. Staff assign conversations, label them, search the history and reply from the browser.
Educator app
Teaching offers, schedules, session reports and training modules in the educator’s pocket.
Learner app
Schedule, invoices, learning plan and progress for the learner and for whoever enrolled them.
Reports and analytics
Live dashboards for admissions, classes and finance, so decisions are made on today’s numbers.

The communication hub, in detail
Learners and guardians write to an institution on the channels they already use. The hub brings those conversations to the whole team.
A shared team inbox
All chats, my chats and an assignment queue. Staff see who is handling each conversation and hand it over without losing the thread.
Message templates
Class reminders, schedule changes and invoice notices are written once, approved by Meta and sent in a click.
Several numbers, one screen
An institution can connect several WhatsApp Business numbers. Each shows its display name, quality rating and messaging limit.
The full history
Every conversation is kept with its messages and media, so a learner never has to repeat themselves.
How an institution connects WhatsApp
- 1
Keep your own account
Your institution keeps its WhatsApp Business account, its phone numbers and its billing relationship with Meta.
- 2
Authorise the platform
An administrator signs in with Facebook and grants the platform access to the chosen WhatsApp Business account through Meta’s Embedded Signup.
- 3
Your staff start working
Staff sign in to the platform, read incoming messages, reply and manage message templates.
- 4
Disconnect whenever you choose
Access can be removed at any time from your Meta Business settings. We delete the stored data on request.
How we handle data
- The communication hub is built on the official WhatsApp Business Platform.
- We use the accounts, numbers, templates and messages of a connected institution only to provide the service to that institution.
- Access credentials are stored encrypted, and staff access is granted by role.
- We do not sell data and we do not use it for advertising.
See the platform with your own case
Ask for a walkthrough and we will show the platform using the way your school, course or tutoring business works today: your admissions flow, your classes and the channels your learners write to.
